Chris was absolutely fantastic. He was thorough and information and sought us out to show us specific items of concern as well as items that were in great condition, even providing information on how to run and maintain systems I was unfamiliar with. He has a great personality and is easy to talk to and made the 3 hour inspection fly by. He left no stone unturned, climbing through roof trusses in a tight space to be certain everything was checked. Chris was outstanding and really took the time to go through the home with me and share his findings. He reviewed what he was going to include report before the end of the appointment. And, the report he provided was thorough and made me feel more confident in my purchase.
