Mark, has recently completed three home inspections 2-West Bloomfield homes and 1-Boston Edison Historic District. Mark has been very detailed and professional with each inspection, every dollar spent has been worth it. The first two inspections kept me from purchasing properties were items in the homes had multiple issues not done according to code, water damage, roofing issues, electrical and improper gas lines growing through walls just to name a few items to the untrained eye would not see. I would absolutely recommend Mark to current and future home buyers! I have completed my search and due to the last inspection my family has a new home with a very detailed inspection for current issues and future items to monitor, thanks again Mark your rating is a 10
