Mr. Rick is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He paid attention to every little detail during the house inspection, wore foot protection while inside the house to keep the floor and carpet clean.
He had the proper professional tools for the inspection, prepared an amazingly detailed report, rich with marked up photos, comments, detailed explanation, problems severity ratings and mitigation suggestions, the report was posted by Mr. Rick in the evening of the same inspection day and provided instructions on how to access it for the next five years.
In addition, Mr. Rick took the time to thoroughly explain to us the problems he was able to find, set priorities, and discussed the best way to solve them and/or preventing them from happening in the future, he stayed in touch after the inspection and answered all the questions we had over the phone after we read the inspection report.
