Chris did a great job on the inspection of the house we were looking at purchasing. Very professional in all aspects of the inspection. This was on display when he ran into an issue while doing the inspection of the septic system. He encountered something out of the ordinary while digging in the ground and was very persistent in trying to evaluate the situation. He was eventually able to do the complete evaluation and gave feedback through the entire process. For the rest of the inspection things were looked at and issues noted with precision and clarity throughout the report. We recently used Chris for the inspection of a home we have under contract. His inspection was very thorough and brought to light items that one would not think to be present in a newly built home.
