Amazing details and well written content. I own a few homes and have done inspection on many homes before purchasing. I have never seen a detailed inspection report like this one. Also he points out what repairs needs to be done to the property. I crunched the numbers with a contractor and made a decision.
So I would highly recommend the survey from this company before you buy or sell your property you'll save a lot of time and money.
