Very informative regarding all the questions I had. And, I had a lot of questions ??. She went above and helped reach out to gather some information regarding a VA specification. Far to many home buyers are unaware of many aspects that ruin a house. Even though I knew of the issues she still went through with me which was great because I had missed a bunch when I did my walk through. I appreciate the professionalism, knowledge, and punctuality of her and her crew! They were able to still adjust their schedules within the COVID times. Again thank you so very much. For our Very first home inspection I had no idea what to expect. Beverly & Todd were very thorough, informative and friendly. They answered All our questions. Addressed all our concerns. Provided Much Needed Advice for future issues with the home. Also went out of their way, I felt, to even suggest a "handy man" or specialists with future repairs. i.e. spectic, or a repair man. They just really did a very thorough job with the home, and our peace of mind. I can not thank them enough. It was a long process, because it is such a big home. But, they are Great!! The type of people I would just really like to hang out with and have a beer or a Margarita!!!! They even suggested some good food places to eat, lol.

Beverly was amazing! She was able to accommodate our tight schedule, and did a thorough and knowledgeable inspection. I shadowed her throughout the process and learned so much about my (hopefully) future home and its components. She was patient and thorough, and was able to answer any questions I came up with, as well as explaining things to me that I didn't know to ask. She made sure I understood how the mechanicals in the home worked, and had no problem taking the time to explain them to me and how to maintain them. I received the report quickly, and it was well written, with numerous photos and explanations that are clear and concise. The summary at the end helps to tie it all up, and the pictures help with showing what needs attention. Beverly was friendly and professional, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home inspector. She made a part of a stressful time, enjoyable and informative.
