If there were six stars, I'd give Brian all six! Needing a new home inspector, I went Google searching for local inspectors in the area with a good reputation. The comments on Google gave me confidence Brian was worth trying and his services were worth every penny! The level of professionalism from even my first phone call that I 'might' be calling him if our home offer was accepted, to the actual inspection day, was superb. Brian talks to you, not at you, educates you while he's inspecting a home, leaves ample time for questions, leaves no section of the home unturned. He is extremely prompt with responses, courteous, adds some humor to the overall process with stories from the past, but overall, he prides himself on doing right by the potential homebuyer. Brian truly cares about people and his work - and it shows. If there was a Mike Holmes of Port Washington, Brian is it. Give him a call and you will not be disappointed. Brian was professional before he even did the inspection on my Condo. I asked my Realtor for a recommendation for a good inspector. He was not good, he was GREAT!! Brian did a phenomenal job with our home inspection. When we made the appointment he made sure to make a list of my questions and concerns to address during the inspection. He was there long before the appointment time, setting up and taking a preliminary look at things to make sure he covered all of the bases. During the inspection he answered all of our questions, pointed out issues and good points about the house, and explained the reason behind every repair or further evaluation he recommended. His report was thorough and included tons of pictures, including video and 360 degree photos. Brian was friendly, approachable, extremely knowledgeable, and professional, plus he's open to answering questions in the future as we do repairs or issues arise.
