Bob is a very thorough in his inspection of our new home purchase. He is detailed oriented, professional and personable and made the home inspection process a breeze. Due to complications with our new home purchase we had to reschedule the home inspection several times and Bob was very accommodating and readily available to us. After the inspection was completed, he followed up quickly with the final report which was easily accessible via the internet and in electronic format. He was completing the inspection for first time buyers who did not know what to expect. Bob made what could have been a frightening experience into a great learning experience and was able to educate them on the home, what needed immediate attention, what to prepare for in the future and what to do and expect in their next steps.
