Rocky was very professional and thorough. He walked me through the problem spots and explained them very well. At the end of the inspection we sat down and he went through all the areas of the house and then showed me what he had found and what needed to be fixed and what professional should do the work, as in an electrician, plumber, etc. He was very conscientious, knowledgeable and friendly. He knows his business and explains it very well. I would definitely use him again and would refer him to anyone who needed a home inspector.

Rocky Cleveland came highly hated from our Real Estate agent. He did not disappoint. He was able to get to our inspection within 2 days of calling. The inspection report was 41 pages of thorough information! He was able to point out a few structural issues on our new home build that would not have been noticed by us or the builder. These repairs easily outweighed the cost of the inspection. We will be using Rocky in 11 months before our warranty expires as well!
