Scott was tremendously helpful from the initial email! He was one of the only inspectors who was prompt and friendly in responses. The day of the inspection, he was very thorough but never too busy to answer questions, provide insight or even offer suggestions for local restaurants and things to do. He coordinated additional inspections for us and added other testing at a moment's notice. We had every confidence in Scott's abilities and knowledge and felt completely comfortable in his comments and review of the property. We can't recommend him highly enough and will definitely be calling Scott should we need inspections in the future!!!

You get much more than just a visual home inspection with Scott Steffens. He is knowledgeable about all areas of the home. He listens to your concerns and expectations prior to the inspection. During the inspection he investigates the source of any potential problems, e.g. I had a very deep hole in the backyard of a home I wished to purchase. He provided a clear explanation and solution to my problem. The inspection report was documented with videos and pictures that were easy to understand and that I could translate into a work order. I will definitely refer him to friends looking for an excellent home inspection service!
