Excellent and thorough inspection. Jeremy will inspect and explain all issues found within your home. The fact that this was a brand new home was not a factor. I explained to Jeremy to be thorough and check it ,from top to bottom . It was clear when he arrived for the inspection that, this was going to done professionally and right. No short cuts, no nonsense, he is about doing the inspection correctly. But more importantly he explained everything about the home we needed to know as well as things to think of going forward down the road. So bottom line and going forward he is not only a home inspector me and my wife would recommend to others. But Jeremy is one who clearly, stands by his work and his word.
