Scott at Broadview has exceeded all expectations with the home inspection. He was extremely thorough, detail oriented, and professional. He carefully explained all aspects of the report and told us what to be cautious about when dealing with new construction builders. There was a short window of time to receive the report (only ONE day!) but he worked hard to upload all pictures and have the full report to us the very next day. He also followed up with us on two occasions:
- scheduling a meeting with me and my wife to explain the whole report
- after we had our home orientation to review the inspection report with the builder.
10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend!
