Blake FAILED BIG TIME in inspecting our attic/roof where the A/C ducts are located. He verbalized that he cannot go inside the attic because of "blockage" of some kind and he ended up not doing so and as a result, we discovered later on that we have multiple leakages on our ducts (some as big as a fist) and the A/C inspector that we privately hired was an even taller man than Blake yet he was able to go inside the attic and discover the defects. We were denied coverage by home insurance and as a result ended up paying out of pocket. HORRIBLE AND UNRELIABLE SERVICE BY MORRISON. !!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!! we'll make sure to inform friends and relatives about such humongous failure which we documented with pictures.
