Steve was prompt and courteous. He explained things as we went along. His methods were thorough and professional and he attempted to address all of my concerns. Of course there were limitations beyond his control that prevented us from investigating everything we would have liked to such as there was no access to the attic. Steve answered my questions with a wealth of knowledge that only a qualified professional with many years of experience would have been so easily able to handle so my trust level with him was excellent. I had a home inspection done with Steve Verger and he was really good. He went above and beyond for me and explained everything very clearly and calmly. If your reading this and having doubts about who to use as a home inspector look no further. I can't thank Steve enough I heard inspections usually go for about 2 hours, we hit almost 3 1/2 hours with Steve still finding stuff.
