The electrical issues were all through the report, so the only comment that I have is how much trouble would it be to group all of the electrical together as in sharing just that information with the electrical contractor? We purchased a newly constructed home and had an inspection prior to moving in. Unfortunately, that inspector was not Carlos with Talon Home Inspections. We are lucky enough to have a new neighbor who did use Carlos and recommend him before our 1 year warranty ends with the builder. There is frankly no one as good of an inspection company as Talon. Carlo is an outstanding, highly detail-oriented individual. He checked every outlet, every switch, every appliance in the house, provided serial #, date of the last service, and appliance conditions. His report is very systematic and I love the fact that at the end of the report, you can create a custom checklist for repairs with an estimated cost. He saved from from purchasing a house that was amazing from the inside but had many functional issues that could cost me a lot to get it repaired and make it workable.
