Trey performed an inspection for a couple homes I considered for purchase. He was on time, professional, highly detailed and fair in his reporting - he brought to my attention many things I overlooked. He explains all in laymen's terms and supports it all with photos so it is clear. I really like that his website software assists in the preparation of the requests for repairs. I plan to use his 11th month services in order to keep my property intop shape. I highly recommend him when you are looking for any type of property inspection.
