Tom Toupin is the best home inspector I have encountered. His communication via text and email was always prompt and informative. The inspection itself was thorough and meticulous. We, as buyers, were present for the inspection and Tom was focused on the procedures, but open to questions. He is patient and knowledgeable and I cannot say enough good things about our entire experience with the home inspection, as well as radon and water testing.
