Our investment property is a brand-new construction townhome. At first, I thought it's a brand-new home. I don't think I need to hire an inspector to inspect it. But after I see the 98 pages report that details more than 130 items that need to be repaired (i.e. roof, outside, inside areas), I am glad that I made the right decision hiring the home inspector.
