GeorgiaPropertyInspection.com is an independent Home Inspection and Commercial Property Inspection company dedicated to saving real estate buyers and real estate owners money every day- and to reducing the stress of the typically frustrating real estate sale transaction for buyers, sellers, and agents. We use HomeGauge inspection software, which features the Create Request List: this app provides the buyer with an instant digital format to negotiate via email with the seller for monetary or physical resolution of defects detailed in the home or commercial property inspection report's Summary section. David Williams is certified as a CPI (Certified Professional Inspector) by InterNACHI (CPI #18092410) to perform residential inspections of one-to-four family dwellings; and a CCPI (Certified Commercial Property Inspector) (CCPIA #000138) by the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association to perform inspections of multi-family housing, commercial, institutional, warehouse, and industrial real estate. David is also a Part 107 FAA-certified Remote UAV pilot for aerial observation of buildings and grounds. We also perform water and soil tests in conjunction with the University of Georgia environmental testing labs in Athens, GA.
