Since 2017, Adam has been my buyer's choice when it comes to doing 3rd Party Home inspections. He does a very thorough job and is always professional in conducting himself. He provides an easy way to identify all repairs and details of the requested repair making it easy for me as a Realtor to send to my buyers to review. What sets him apart from other inspectors is the added value he brings as far as knowledge on what options the buyer has to repair an item and sometimes he knows the average costs allowing my buyers to make a better decision on what to submit to the seller to repair. In addition, he makes himself available when you have questions pertaining to the report ,and often times he would contact the seller or listing agent to explain the issue so we can get a resolution in a timely manner. I feel confident when I know Adam will be our inspector. He's someone you can trust and rely on even after the sale is complete. Worth every penny spent!
