OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! I currently work in the Sacramento area so I have a great home inspector that I use in this area. Fresno is out of my area and I just happened to google inspectors in that area and ran across Allen. We had a conversation on the phone and I was totally impressed with his knowledge of several items that we discussed. Now I know why he is just as good, even a tad better than my inspector because he works for the same inspection company. No one can surpass their service. Allen even rearranged his schedule to meet the buyers and me on the day that worked best for the buyers.

Professionals like Allen seem to be rare these days. I couldn't recommend highly enough, and I think it was the best money I've spent in a long time.
Allen was very clear about expectations and explaining the process at every step; before the appointment, during and after.
He was punctual, professional, and far more thorough than I could have expected. He explained and showed his findings to me in person, and the level of detail in the photos and descriptions makes understanding the true condition of a home about as good as you could get without tearing walls down or using x-ray equipment.
We dodged a major "money pit" nightmare with the findings Allen provided, and I'm happy to say with 100% certainty that I will use him on our next prospective home (hopefully soon), and will highly recommend his services to anyone.
