For someone who is a first time homebuyer and doesn't know much about the major components of a house and how they should work, I must say Jason made sure to explain things in a way that anyone could understand. Jason showed up to the property 30 minutes ahead of schedule but due to an issue with the property door, we didn’t get in until 20 minutes after our scheduled inspection. Jason showed professionalism and got right to work. Not only did he walk me through the property and showed me the good and not so good areas that need attention, he also provided great useful tips. I was also provided with bag that included a book that would help guide homeowners through the systems of a typical house, explained how they work, and how to maintain them. I would truly use him again if I ever need another inspection.

I am purchasing my first home which is a one hundred year old structure that has been rehabbed. I was worried that I chose a home that would have issues and shoddy work that would not be noticed by an inspector ( I have heard horror stories). Jason completely eased my anxiety through his inspection process. Although my inspection report come back good, I am sure if there was an issue he would have caught it. He is very good with paying attention to detail. Within twelve hours I had a detailed inspection report that was comprehensive and easy to understand. After being referred to me by contractor, Jason held an exhaustive conversation with me to describe his inspection processes for a 50+ year old property, and to clarify conditions and limitations of the service and report contents. We left the inspection with a notebook complete with a summary of the inspection, color photos and detailed information on everything inspected. The best part though was their willingness to answer more question several days after the inspection.
