Kerry was very professional and personable in his delivery and very informative throughout the process of the home inspection. As a first time home buyer he also advised on what to do with possible projects, repairs and how to improve the home. Kerry was timely and efficient and willing to discuss any questions that we had prior to his completion. Kerry was unsure of why the sprinkler system was not working. Luckily the previous home owner came home and his first questions were how to make sure that it worked so that he could test it properly. I would suggest him and his company in being precise, accurate and very knowledgeable. If you need a great detective, he was able to locate everything and everything in every nook and cranny that may be detrimental to the house! Thank you for your efforts in being extremely efficient and professional!
