We had to purchase property from out-of-state. Although we walked through the property several times, due to the distances involved we were unable to be there for the home and mold inspections. Despite our concerns about not being present we found Joel to be an excellent resource and he made the process less stressful. Joel was very through, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The reports for the inspection and mold analysis allowed us and our contractor to know exactly what we were getting into and what had to be fixed. I thank you for your thorough survey, as well a you rearranging your schedule to accodomamte my needs. Based on this report as well as an estimate from a contractor on the repairs needed, I cancelled the contract. I was not able to negotiate a reduced price for the home. This was the best as the repairs would be really costly and I'm sure that I can find another home for a reasonable price. I will definately contact you again for future inspections.

A handful of comments that would apply to why I rate Joel Perez at such a high level for a recommendation is that he is extremely efficient, always
prompt in responding and arriving at an inspection when expected, he is
accommodating and goes above and beyond what is expected, he is courteous to us and to our clients. Each and every contact with him his been very professional. The reports are the best presented reports of any company we have referred or that have come our way. Accessibility to the reports is seamless and kept on file for our reference. In addition, the rates are lower then any inspector we have referred and the reports have never reached the high standards of Joels.
I could express more but I believe that the few items i touched on would express how I am grateful that I have resorted to referring our clients this way.
