I needed a home inspector quickly and Rob quickly made arrangements to fit me into his busy schedule. Rob is an extremely knowledgeable inspector with years of professional building experience. My house is new construction and I was having a problem with the builder related to a significant water leak that occurred during the construction. Rob thoroughly inspected the entire house with and focused particular attention to the leak impacted area. Rob’s inspection report detailing deficiencies and recommendations for corrective measures was received the very same day. The report helped ensure my new home met code requirements and sound building practices. The builder agreed the deficiencies identified were valid and agreed to repair or replace all items Rob identified. On a personal note, Rob is friendly and willing to explain his findings and how to address properly correcting the problems. He also shared his vast experience of how to maintain the house once you move in, so you can protect your investment and minimize possible future problems and costly repairs. Rob is an absolute pleasure to work with and his work is professional, thorough and is well worth the price to protect your investment.
