Al Silva was recommended by our realtor and even though his schedule was very busy he accommodated our inspection on a short notice. I was impressed by depth and variety of his experience and expertise in house foundation, structure, roof, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, including current codes and safety standard aspects. He was punctual, professional, and very thorough. Al took his time for a final walk-through and answered all our questions in a simple language. And, the last but not the least, he delivered his report next day even though it was a holiday weekend. I will keep Al's card on file and recommend to my friends.

We were referred to Al Silva by our realtor.
We needed an inspector in record time to facilitate purchasing our new home. Al came through for us in two days with an exceptional and thorough evaluation of the home. He also made extensive notes and details of cause and effect that we would've never seen or realized. He extended himself even further by letting us call him and ask even more questions about the home after the evaluation. Al is distinct in his delivery, and very knowledgeable about his work and everything having to do with the intricacies and the underbelly of a home. Safety is of high concern in evaluating a home for purchase and his due-diligence in keeping with that mantra is a relief! I am highly recommending Al for all your home inspector needs.
