We had made arrangements with a different inspector for septic/well inspection, and that inspector called to reschedule at the last moment. With very limited time to finish all of our inspections, my realtor contacted Byrian, hoping he could make a referral. We were so happy to find that he was also certified to do both septic and well! We are buying a fixer-upper, so I expected a list of items to be fixed/finished. Byrian was really patient with all my questions and made a lot of very helpful suggestions. Would gladly recommend.
