Ted did an incredible job for us on our home. Ted changed His schedule to help us with the time frame We had to work with to meet our requirements with the seller! Ted was thorough yet took the time to explain the discrepancies and followed up with resolutions to the discrepancies. Ted was reasonably priced, a little under some of the bigger companies but came recommended by one of the Leading Home Inspection Companies in Mountain Home! We had no idea what to expect from a home inspection. We knew nothing about inspectors in the Mountain View Area. Sue, at Josh Collums office contacted a realtor to get the name of an inspector.
We could not be more satisfied with the information and pictures provided. They gave us all the information we needed to base our final decision regarding the purchase of 448 Kera Drive. Because of all the details provided, we felt it was not in our best interest to continue with the purchase. Without all the information you provided us, we would have purchased something requiring many improvements and upgrades to be what we considered a safe place to live.
We are still looking for a place to buy and when we decide on another location, please rest assured we will be in contact with you for another superior inspection.
