I was apprehensive that I would get a professional inspection as my past experiences in Mississippi had not always been as professional as inspectors in other states. The use of the report software that integrates video is great. I also monitored the amount of time that was spent in the home by the inspector and was pleased that I did not receive a quick inspection and feel confident the inspector was completely thorough. The only negative was that I had hoped to have the pool inspected but I understand the reasons it could not be inspected. I liked the post-inspection discussion of findings with the inspector at the inspection site. Overall, I found this to be the most professional inspection I have had to date. I will definetly provide this inspector's name to others in need of an inspection.
