I was impressed. The report was very detailed and meticulous. I couldn't be there physically for the inspection, but with the number of photos and inspection comments, it was like a virtual walkthrough of the house. Jeff did an awesome job explaining everything from the inside out. The things you wouldn't think of he reviews and lets you know what's wrong. He doesn't mind to explain multiple times or even explain what he's talking about. He's very funny and a people person. I had my little ones with me and he was even talking to them and wasn't bothered with the questions they had for him. Overall, he's a great inspector to have for your home, I would definitely use him again if needed. Great job Jeff and thank you for the thorough inspection report.
