Purchasing a 6K+ sq ft custom built home in Staten Island, and Frank at Ace Home Inspections did an incredible home inspection from start-to-finish leaving no stone unturned. Spanning 3 hours; extremely comprehensive throughout the 1st/2nd floor, rooftop, attic, 8500 sq ft grounds and the custom basement....on short notice. He identified issues that were completely unseen and unrealized which prevented a lot of future problems. He then provided consultation and an extensive report featuring pictures and remediation suggestions. Highly knowledgeable about sophisticated engineering and very personable.
