Inspection Report We hired Clarity Home Inspections to help us determine whether we should purchase a home, built in 2007. Gary Dry spent about 2 hours completing a review of important aspects of the house including roofing, exterior, structural components, insulation and ventilation, garage, heating, plumbing, electrical system, and the interior of the house. After his inspection, Gary showed us photos of the areas he had inspected and gave us an oral summary indicating items that required maintenance, and areas of the home that required repair or replacement. He also listed areas of the home that required immediate remediation to prevent costly future damage including a bent roof vent, a plugged dryer vent and small leak under the mud-room sink. A 36 page report (complete with photos and recommendations) was sent to us that same evening. We were very impressed with Mr. Dry's superb attention to detail as well as his oral and written reports. If you are in need of a home inspection, we highly recommend Clarity Home Inspections.

Gary performed a home inspection for us as part of the process of our recent home purchase. He was recommended to us by our realtor, and we are extremely happy with the level of service we received.
