Jeremiah's inspection was thorough and extremely helpful in our purchase of our new home. It was a new build, but Jeremiah identified a few items that would have, over time, resulted in repair costs. For example, he noticed that the coach lights were not properly caulked, exposing them to potential rain damage. Additionally, he noticed and photographed a leaking PVB irrigation valve. The leak got worse after closing and we are still working with the builder to resolve it, but the builder knows that this is something that was identified pre-closing (by Jeremiah), which is certainly a helpful fact for us. Jeremiah also gave us some very helpful advice on maintaining our new home so that we preserve its beauty and value, and save money on repairs in the future. His advice is practical and he provides a lot of education, which was very much appreciated by us as first time home owners. Learning from bad experiences can be costly, so we were grateful to take his wise advice, and we look forward to working with him again in the future.

Jeremiah with Clear inspections was contracted to come out to review our newly purchased property. He was very professional, thorough, and detailed-oriented throughout the entire process. He has extensive knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC/HVAC units, as well as structural integrity of different types of homes built during different times. He also uses a myriad of advanced technology systems such as thermal cameras to detect hidden leaks inside walls and drones to find cracked or damaged roofing tiles.
