It was a pleasure working with Cody. He was quick to come do our home inspection. He was professional and very helpful, explaining all of the items he found. He picked up on many items that we would have never known about, and we had been living in the home for 5 years! His finished inspection report was also delivered to us extremely quickly. This is the second property Cody Mitchell at PPI has done for me. Both inspections were extremely thorough and he indicated areas of concern I would not have found.
Because of his excellent work on the first inspection I made the decision NOT to buy a home I already had earnest money on.
Because of his excellent work on the second inspection I am able to move forward with the purchase of a home that needs a few minor repairs. Most issues I would not have known of otherwise.
