While his report was thorough, he charged far more than the rate other inspectors charge, and he charges extra for additional buildings on the property. For the amount he charges, he should inspect all structures on the property. He also charges an enormous fee to use Square for payment, which I find excessive. When I objected to paying that fee, he agreed to take a check and then refund the square. The check was banked, cleared my account, yet the Square refund was not processed for three more days, leaving me hanging for the extra $681 he gained by this bad practice. When I asked him for my money back, he was disrespectful and rude, and told me not to contact him again. He finally processed the refund, which I will not get until next week, a full week AFTER he had the funds available from my check. Would definitely not recommend this inspector. He was referred to me by my son, who is extremely upset by the treatment I received, and the lack of professionalism, so he will not be referring him or using him again.
