I’m giving this review prior to contacting David Shepherd, feeling like I will be blocked from this site after I contact him tomorrow. I paid $450 January 30th during my due diligence period and arrived at the house approx 10- minutes after my agent and David. One week after closing now, we have electrical outlets that don’t work and water leaking from an upstairs shower into the basement. This is my seventh home purchase & inspection and I repeatedly was asking David if he checked this, or that. I felt he was brushing me off. I hope David takes some responsibility for his poor performance. I’ll be happy to change this to a positive review if possible!

My wife and I were absolutely amazed at the the level of professionalism and detail provided by Mr. Shepherd. He didn't even have a notepad, but he was able to recall and relay to us every detail of what he found during the inspection. The fact that he provided a very thorough and detailed report, AND itemized, labeled pictures to match, was even more impressive.
