I was pleased with Derrick?s inspection. I feel he was very thorough and took plenty of time to do it. He didn?t just ?eyeball? everything; he grabbed a ladder and went up on the roof as well as in the attic. He walked the inside and outside of the house and explained everything thoroughly and in terms I understood. He answered all of my questions and gave ballpark figures on what the estimated costs of repairing or replacing would cost. He prioritized the items by the seriousness of the repairs by safety and cost. Not only that, he is very personable and easy to talk with. Highly recommend!
