He seemed very knowledgeable. Ryan walked through the hole house with my wife and I. He pointed out all of the issues and didn't stop there. He gave us his opinion of how to take care of some of the problems. He brought up the good also. Educated us on how to maintain the home to avoid future problems. Like the water heater, the heater and the windows. We have our home up for sale. I was able to compare the inspection report that Ryan did for us on the home we are trying to purchase to the one that was done on the home I have up for sale. No comparison. Ryan was a lot better.
