As a First time home buyer with little experience of this situation(so take my view with a grain of salt) found Mr. Martino helpful, realistic, and thorough. He was timely for our appointment, polite and wasted no time starting the inspection. He went through his routine in a timely and efficient manner while I was also inspecting the property with my parents. We did not speak much during his process which took about 2 hours for him to complete on a 1700 sqft property. After he was done he took a moment to point out crucial damage and recommended repairs (in the basement/fireplace in this case). I found his pricing reasonable and competitive compared to two other companies I contacted and quoted. About 24+ hours post inspection I received and read his report which I found easy to itemize necessary damage control measures. One comment I have to say is I would have appreciated a tiering or priority system to help me figure out what should be dealt with first.
