My inspector arrived "on time",was very personable as well as professional. Mr. Oren explained the proceedure encouraged me to ask any questions I may have and to point out any areas of concern that I may have. His inspection was lengthy. When he had finished I then pointed out the concerns I did have and he had already included each of them in his report. Mr. Oren took extra time to explain to me the things I should do right away that were a safety concern regarding the children underfoot at the time of his inspection which included turning the hot water temperature down a bit to prevent any accidents.
I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who wants a pleasant experience taking care of a "not so pleasant" but neccessary task.
I might also comment on the inspection report. It came back within 48 hours. It was easy to access,easy to read and the photos were clear and many.
