Fred was absolutely fantastic to work with and we couldn’t recommend him more highly! The inspection itself was incredibly thorough, and despite having been at the house multiple hours for the job he then took an additional hour to walk us through his findings in detail. He was so knowledgeable in answering all of our questions and even entertained a few more from us later! The written report he produces and sends after the job is a masterpiece — inclusive of photos (land and drone-based!), clear descriptions, and recommendations where applicable. This is our first time buying a pre-owned home, so we were very nervous about what hidden problems might come up. But Fred’s extensive knowledge, meticulous work, and his careful and clear communication really put our minds at ease. You can’t go wrong with Fred for that priceless piece of mind when it comes to your home — what for most of us is the biggest investment we make!
