We hired Gorge Quality Home Inspection to inspect our house in preparation for our upcoming one year warranty. The inspector, Greg Felten was absolutely amazing. He was very through and a great communicator on all issues. He even caught what could be a significant future problem in the attic with ventilation lines not hooked up. This one item alone justified the money spent on the inspection which was reasonable in the first place. I also like the website and the ability to print out a detailed report and checklist to give to the builder. If your in need of a home inspection I recommend hiring this company!

Greg is very personable with a great sense of humor. There were times he gave me a bit more information than I needed but he was very thorough in checking all parts of my home. I think my yard could of been mentioned on his “to-do” list as there seems to be a bit of drainage problem as ground is higher in back and could drain into my yard and cause me future problems. We are having this addressed by home builder. He was very knowledgeable in assessing my home.
