Greg did a great job with our home inspection. The final inspection report included an allot of findings, most of which were minor, but taken as a whole, provided additional leverage during the final stages of contract negotiations. The inspection process did reveal one major issue with Radon levels in the home. The seller agreed to hire a Radon specialist to fix the issue and the levels are now well below recommended levels.

Greg is awesome. We had two house inspections done by him. The deal for the first one fell through (hence, the second one). For both inspections, we were there with him. He is very patient and thorough in doing all the checkups. His reports are very detailed specifying everything that caught his eye, minor or major. As home buyer, we are definitely very careful for any issue and asked a lot of questions. Greg would answer our numerous questions with patience and educated us on future maintenance.
