Richard was very helpful when i needed an home inspector short notice. He was willing to come right out and travel a long distance to help us out. We came across an issue with the water and gas not turned on so he wasnt able to finish the inspection that day. As soon as we got that turned back on, Richard was willing to go right back out and finish the inspection. I received the home inspection report that evening. He was very detailed and took plenty of pictures. Being new to the area and buying our first house, richard made this process go very smoothly. Thanks Richard.
