Greg allowed me to be present while Greg performed the inspection tasks. I asked Greg to point out any items that would not be included in the inspection report that were not pertinent to safety, but were items I could improve / replace to improve my condo. Greg was very patient and answered my many and varied questions. I also found that Greg has a great sense of humor.
