I would recommend Mr. Hammond for a home inspection and while I haven't moved in the home just yet, I appreciated his pre-call conference and how willing he was to take the time to answer all of my questions prior to stepping foot on the property. On the day of my inspection our school had a lock down drill and I wasn't able to make it at our agreed upon time. Mr. Hammond was able to stay later and took an incredible amount of time to go through each issue that he noted. He even asked me to stop taking notes because the software he used allowed me to create "to do lists" so I could prioritize items to fix and even share the information via email with people who could give me estimates. Overall, good experience!
