I used Mile High Inspection on a home that I was in escrow on last fall. Haley was very thorough in his inspection finding many serious issues with the home ranging from safety issues to structural issues. I was able to back out of the contract due to the extensive cost to repair all of the issues.

Due to the extensive repair list on the 2nd home that Haley did for me I decided to back out of that one as well. He saved me 10’s of thousands of dollars in necessary repairs - many that were safety or serious repairs that could turn into structural issues if left untreated.
So, needless to say when I found my next home I called Haley! In short, I fully trust him & highly recommend him. If I ever get the opportunity to pass along his name for a home inspection he can definitely count on it!!
