I would highly recommend Albert. He was pleasantly professional and treated the inspection of our future home as if it was his own. He accommodated our tight schedule and yet was very thorough. He checked the operation of appliances, windows, blinds, fireplaces, Faucets and doors. He included pictures and comments that related to the issues he found with the home whether big or small. He included helpful details and recommendations on when and how to change air filters and types of filters to buy from a cost/benefit perspective and how to adjust the temperature on the hot water heater in addition to pointing out things we could do to further maintain the home as it ages. Albert was timely with his inclusive report and easily communicated his findings and recommendations. I would absolutely recommend Albert to my family and friends.

Albert was phenomenal! He was so thorough and extremely knowledgeable.
