The inspection was very thorough. However,
Inspection was done on Saturday, I didn?t receive the report until Monday evening. I have inspector that will have the report done the same day within an hour. The long wait cuts into inspection period if further inspections are needed.

Very good work. Communicated well and let the home owner know what was going on at all times. Was flexible and resolved all issues. Humberto came to re-inspect after repair and replace actions by the homeowner and was detailed and complete. More important than being perfect (no one is) Humberto was honest and willing to recheck where necessary. Checking for accuracy as often as is necessary is far more important then just being good.
