Noah is an extremely thorough home inspector. His service, in my opinion, is second to none. I chose him due to the Google reviews I read and did not go wrong, which is why I am writing one myself. He found issues from the roof to the cracked outlet covers, but only two of which he had concerns (major findings). He explained that if the major findings were corrected (one of which had already been mitigated) he would see no issues with purchasing the property. He was candid and spoke in terms that could be understood. Noah is also personable, which says a lot. He submitted the report within hours - and yes, as stated above, it was thorough with both pictures and explanations. I can't thank Noah enough and would definitely recommend him and his company

Home inspection was wonderful, every item found had corresponding pictures to show the problem, and was broken down in simple terms detailing what the problem was and in some cases items were shown just for homeowners information (location of breaker box, water shut off ect.)
